<li>All bookings must be made 24 hours in advance. When confirmed, the bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled</li>
<li>Child ticket: Age 4-11 ; Senior ticket: Age 65+ ; Children aged 0-3 can join for free (Please notify us at least 1 day in advance)</li>
<li>Any child (Aged 11 or younger) must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over</li>
<li>This tour is not wheelchair/stroller friendly</li>
<li>Please arrive at the pier 15 minutes prior to the departure time, to allow time for logistical arrangements. The tour will NOT wait for late-comers</li>
<li>The tour may be cancelled due to bad weather, in such case a free rescheduling will be arranged. Such rescheduled date to be within 2 months from the original tour date.</li>
<li>Bad Weather Policy: In the event of Typhoon Signal 3 or higher, Red or Black Rainstorm Warnings is being hoisted 2 hours before the scheduled tour, the tour will be cancelled and rescheduled</li>
<li>Please be careful not to damage any items, equipment, or decoration</li>
